Almond Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ scoop protein powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup crushed almonds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the almond butter, almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup or honey, chocolate chips and almonds.
- Once a dough forms, scoop one tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll it into a ball. Repeat this until the mixture is gone.
- Allow to set in the fridge for 1 hour
- Store in an airtight container foe up to 1 week or freeze foe another day.
